Why seek expert advice when choosing your worktop? It's easy to get swept up by attractive images, low prices, or trendy designs without fully considering how they fit with your lifestyle. Rushing into a decision—whether it's replacing a sink, tap, or worktop—can lead to disappointment when the product doesn't meet your expectations in size, quality, or functionality. Once installed, these choices are costly and difficult to change, often leaving you stuck with a design that doesn’t work for you. By consulting with our experts, you can make informed decisions that align with your needs and ensure your kitchen is both stylish and practical for years to come.
Enquiring and getting a quote from us is easy and flexible. Whether you prefer to chat over the phone, via email, or meet in person, all we need are some basic measurements or a vision of your project. From there, we’ll guide you through the various options, including upstands, splashbacks, integrated sinks, and windowsills. We also offer a free sample service, delivering directly to your home, and can provide pricing on multiple options to help you make the best choice. Our team is always on hand to offer expert advice on what would work best for your space, and we can share countless images of our past work to help you visualize the final result.
Upon accepting our quotation, we ask for 50% of the total job and we then arrange a visit to your property where we measure and survey your entire space. We make templates and annotate them to ensure that every detail is accounted for. One of our skilled joiners and fabricators will attend the template visit in your home, and this will be the same person that sees your project through to the end, so you can guarantee you are getting the personal touch with our work being handmade with precision and care. They will discuss all of your requirements in detail and tell you exactly what to expect, as well as offering advice on what will work well, and even showing you examples of previous jobs which are applicable to yours.
Your templates are then bought back into our factory, where our skilled CAD team will discuss your job with the person who visited and carefully measure and translate all details into technical drawings for your approval, detailing all bespoke elements and showcasing how your specifications are translated into a tangible design. This is your opportunity to say if you are unhappy with how something looks, and it’s a great way to get a visual representation before you commit your choices into the real thing. We have many people who aren’t sure how it will look, so seeing these drawings can really clear up choices and make sure you’re going to be 100% happy with the final finished installation. At this point, we also order the material for your surfaces, now that we have the precise amount of material required to make it. Most of our distributors deliver to us every day, so delays in material delivery are not a common occurrence.
Following design approval, we begin manufacturing your material within our own factory premises. Our skilled fabricators and joiners, led by the person who templated your worktops, will work on your project until it is completed. With the help of the templates and approved drawing, we take every care to ensure we produce exactly what is required and we take our time to make sure it is perfect. Finally, the completed work goes into our sanding room to be sanded, polished, and carefully wrapped for delivery.
