We offer market leading brands and household names such as Corian and Hi-Macs, for all things solid surface and laminate based products too. We buy large sheet materials and fabricate them into whatever specifications our clients request. We also recycle the offcuts for household use for our domestic customers, or offer to make smaller products to accompany and compliment the reception counters we fabricate (such as sills, ledges, seating and table tops).

Our expert team can handle all aspects of templating, manufacturing, and installation, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to completion. It is advisable for us to fit your bespoke reception counter as we have manufactured it and know our products well, however, if you have experienced joiners and installers working for you already, we are happy to work on a supply only or supply and delivery to site basis.
We will always issue detailed working drawings with our products. Sometimes, our clients will send their installers to our factory to walk through the bespoke products that we have manufactured for them, to see how it all works and how it all comes together, because each fabricator and installer has varying methods. This continuity and communication ensures no grey areas are left on installation day.
We can also be on hand (within working hours) to offer advice to third party installers should they have any queries for best results. We will work closely with our clients to meet whichever requirements they have from us, whether installation is required or not.

We work off our clients’ design ideas and requirements and produce our own technical drawings for client approval. We can get involved in as much or as little of the design and installation process as desired by our client. In many cases on large scale commercial projects, a full design and specification has already been done. For smaller scale businesses, help and advice is required and available from us to achieve our clients’ requirements.
We work closely with architects, designers, main contractors, and other subcontractors to bring our innovative products to life, therefore our clients can be other contractors or end users and small business owners depending on the scale of the project and size of company. Within the commercial and construction sector, we operate as a subcontractor as we are a specialist manufacturer of reception counters and stick to our field of expertise. We can also be approached by small or medium sized businesses who would like to update their existing facilities but are not going for a full refurb. We can even make updates to existing counters. So, no matter the size of your enquiry, don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will happily assist.
Reception counters are commonly made of a mix of two or three different materials. Solid surface, solid grade laminate, laminate sheet, and MDF are the products that most commonly comprise reception counters. Design choices are impacted by meeting the demands of the environment such as dental and medical reception counters needing to be as hygiene proof as possible- therefore solid surface will be used almost if not entirely on these specific counters due to solid surface being a seamless, anti-bacterial material. On the other hand, some budgets may not allow for a counter made entirely of solid surface and opt for just a solid surface top for customers to rest on and for the rest to be made of laminate faced MDF. Decorative colours and finishes are available in all materials and can be colour matched throughout different materials i.e. solid grade laptop surfaces matching with laminate sheet and solid surface décor. It is advised that you use ourselves or a carpenter/ fitter to install our bespoke desks. We are happy to work with anybody on a supply only basis, but to make the most of your bespoke reception desk, we strongly advise professional installation. The fitting can be the make or break of the final finish, lasting impression and ease of use for your reception counter- so it is best to get it right!
We are specialists at fabricating and installing bespoke reception counters, and we concentrate solely on the complexities involved in this job when hired to do so. We therefore do not get involved in any other specialist trade such as plumbing, gas or electric works. We commonly work with electricians when installing our reception desks and furniture because many of our clients choose to backlight their logos
We will do our utmost to co-ordinate with our clients and all other trades on site. We always book in our time on site in advance and check with the programme and managers that the site is clear and ready for us ahead of journeys. Several phone consultations take place before and during production of our reception counters. We keep in regular contact with our sites and clients to stay updated and aware of any changes so that all will run smoothly on installation day.
